The four schools are in South Carolina, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Indiana. To read about the individual schools please visit our website. Each location and dates are unique but each program is comprised of 4, 1-week sessions and includes a week of paid training before the program begins.
To apply for any of the above positions:
1. please email a cover letter (either attached as a Word Document or in the body of and email) and a resume/CV attached as a Word Document or PDF file to hr@bpadmissions.com
2. Address the email to Mr. Laman
3. Title your email with the position and location desired. eg. RA Indiana or Instructor South Carolina
Please understand that we receive a good amount of resumes and failure to follow these three steps will automatically disqualify you. That being said, feel free to be creative with any other aspect of your submission and thanks for your time!

Instructors should be well versed in the subject matter of their particular course and possess or be working towards an advanced degree in that field. Experience working with students of high school age is desired, and summer camp or pre-college program experience is extremely helpful.

A typical daily schedule includes two, hour-long classes followed by an hour-long lunch break, and then one or two additional hour-long classes. Additionally, instructors may be asked to lead course-related academic field trips during class hours The academic portion of the day typically wraps up around 4 p.m., at which point instructors are off-duty. Prior experience as a resident advisor or camp counselor is required. On occasion, exceptions have been made for students that come heavily recommended within the college community. Resident advisors live in the residence halls alongside the students and act as general assistants to the Program Director when time allows. Example administrative duties may include purchasing supplies, coordinating field trips, etc. Resident advisors are responsible for organizing and implementing all activities taking place outside of the classroom. Activities are an important part of the student experience and generally take place directly after class or following dinner. Additionally, resident advisors live alongside the students and are required to monitor all student activity within the residence halls.
